You should post a pic of the pig that left that mess. I’ll wager she’s hideous.

If she was your neighbor AND tenant, why didn’t you do something before she left your property in this condition?

    • Gammaof2

I agree. I can’t believe a landlord would not say shit after seeing their property in this condition

    • LadyScot

Probably because the law always sides with the destructive tenant. It takes a minimum of 3 months to evict a tenant in nearly every state in this country, and that is AFTER the landlord takes the cretin to court, who by the way is getting NO rent and having to foot the bills before and after the court case.

Place looks like a shithole even after you “cleaned it up”.

Animals like this should be shot.

The before and after photos are mis-labeled and the true before images are very few.

What a shame. I so miss having a home of my own. Sometimes homes get messy when the person is physically or mentally ill, and has no control over his or her situation.

I get tired of “perfect” people with “Perfect” lives and “perfect” homes, expecting everyone to be just like them. That is both unreasonable and unrealistic.

That said, this doesn’t sound like a case of someone suffering from sickness, injury, old age and/or severe depression. This sounds like someone who is genuinely lazy.

Sometimes, in the REAL world (life is not a TV series), people get to the extreme mess stage, because the person might feel helpless, having lost control of his or her life, where one bad thing leads to another. But trashing the place like that? There’s no excuse for doing that. None. .Messes can be cleaned up. But physical damage? That’s a no-no.

I’d give anything to have a home of my own, it’s a shame this person had to trash it. She certainly didn’t appreciate what she had.

My husband is a diabetic and a heart patient, and still manages to keep our home and yard clean. Screw the excuses. There is NO excuse for destroying someone else’s property. None.
