I have a neighbor that did that to all four properties bordering hers. All of us had lived here many years before she bought the property and built on it. All of us have meticulously mantained properties. She moved in a bragged how she hated trees and wanted all of ours cut down. Duh, move somewhere that doesn’t have trees then.
