“House being renovated, haven’t seen any activity or anyone around for over a month. Garbage has been at the curb since before Christmas, they don’t pick up bags or boxes here, only bins… which are sitting in the driveway. Toilet’s been on the lawn for a couple of months. Lovely.”

Most people do not mind their own business. If their neighbors are not perfect these folks freak out. Looks like the neighbors lost their home, and it’s empty now.

canadianbelle notice the garbage can container that means the trucks are not capable of bag pickup, now maybe they have refuse and or junk pickup every 3-6 months but most cities will not let you put that trash out until one week before the pick up date. Reason being trash gets scattered and it way more work for the crews to deal with.

If it is bothering you that much, take two minutes to walk across the street, throw the bags in the bin, and leave the bin curbside. It would take less time than the time it took you to submit a photo here. Sheesh!

Angela that’s called trespassing and can get you into a lot of trouble no to mention led to many more issues. Better the home owners deal with their own trash problems.

How about, you go over there, knock on the door…no one’s home…put the trash in the bin and do your neighbor/hood a random act of kindness. NO big deal.
