“Not just a neighbor, my TENANT”

“I have no words.

Well, maybe a few.  At one point in time, they owned 6 dogs, chickens, ducks, goats, and turkeys.  They have also raised rabbits and pigs at this property.  This is the absolute worst I have ever seen it look – and they are supposed to be moved out less than two weeks after these pictures were taken. (They have about 4 days from today, and sources say there has been NO activity as yet.)” – D. Evans

…fuck me. as a landlord i just have to say if you SAW these horrors happening to the property you’re renting to someone(s) and didn’t move to evict or sue for damages way BEFORE it got this bad perhaps you deserve the repair bills. if someone is gleefully demolishing your property or just letting entropy catch up to it without doing proper daily/weekly/monthly cleaning and maintenance you intervene BEFORE it costs you thousands of dollars or a visit from the fire marshal with a big red tag. there is no excuse for either a tenant or a landlord allowing a property to be turned to a disaster area that would fluster FEMA. none.
