“drinking drinking drinking and more drinking,,, free bird all day long blasting from the trucks and yelling and screaming galore and please do send them a shame notice (don’t include address on the post please) i don’t care if they know it’s me – I can’t stand these guys!!!!” - Linda

if they can’t do that in their OWN yard…then where, Linda? Looks like a well kept place & their trucks look clean & nice. Rock & roll & drinking? Can I come over? Linda…get a life!maybe you’re jealous because they don’t ask you over?????

  • Nick

Once again, we have here a typical, joyless, female. Biatch.

So Linda, what do you propose is the solution here? Do they move this soiree? If so, where?

    Linda dear, GFY.

  • John

Holy crap Linda. What color is the sky in your world? What should they be doing? How should they spend their down time? Why do you get to choose what they do on their own property? What makes you, Linda, the authority on morality and entertainment and what people do on PRIVATE PROPERTY?

If I were a betting man, my money would be on the fact that you try to control every aspect of your life and every aspect of everyone in your life. What a sad state. You can’t control yourself, so you try to control everyone and everything around you.

All of that, sweety, is true neighbor shame.

    Shame on you.

I’m with Linda on this. Who wants to live next to a nonstop outdoor frat party? if they are doing this all day every day I doubt Linda is the only one who is annoyed, since they’re doing it OUTSIDE.

I’m with you Linda! You have a right to have peace in your own home. They shouldn’t force their music on everyone. I don’t think they would like Yanni or opera screaming out from your house daily. Even if its the type of music you like you have the right to choose when you want to listen to it. The law agrees to your right to peace in your space in most states. You should check into it. You also might win a civil suite against them. I read the other replys. Those people are being unfair. They also don’t have to put up with that music, yelling & whatever else they do to disrupt the peace like you do. I have had neighbors like you mentioned. I know what it’s like not being able to have a meal, take a bath, read a book, watch TV or even have a conversation in your own home without a neighbors noise taking over your space. Taking a nap is impossible. It gets on your nerves. Yes they are intitled to listen to what they want & do what they want as long as everything, including the noise, stays in the perimeter of their property. Once it invades your property or anyone else’s then they are in the wrong & most likely breaking the law. I know there are exceptions where we all put up with the occasional late night party. I know your nerves are worn thin at this point. Keep records of the days & times of the disturbance. Take some videos for evidence and call the police often. They have to record all the complaints. Sometimes the police will lay into them because they get tired of going out to make them stop. It doesn’t matter if its in the daytime or night. Talk to other neighbors and get their feelings. You will find you are not alone in being disturbed. Sueing for your peace might be your best bet in achieving it. Good luck!

I’m with Linda. Yes, people have a right to do whatever they want on their own property. They lose that right when what they do affects someone else’s property.
