ONTARIO RESIDENTS TURN NEIGHBOR’S TOILET INTO FESTIVE EYESORE

“Neighbor had this toilet sitting outside since late summer. Once Christmas rolled around we decided to do a little decorating so it could at least be a festive eyesore. It’s still there as of February 4 so we’re making plans to decorate it for Valentine’s Day.”
