Perhaps they’ve dealt with this maintenance man before. And cats are sneaky little things; I have a couple myself.
What cat wouldn’t run for it’s life from that Freak?

We’ve a cat that can be nowhere near the door until it’s opened and then he’s outside under a bush. He’s gray so we call him the silver streak.
He’s declawed and defenseless. He becomes the priority.
I empathize with this person but my signs are on the inside.
Relationship substitutes for friendless women and for men who fake tan. Cats don’t even taste good.
