We had the same problem at the last complex we lived in. We actually had to move it got so bad. It’s just rude and disgusting.

It’s equally as rude to expect you have the right not to be offended (you don’t). You will not piss positive from smelling pot smoke. Even if you don’t like it that person has as much right as you to smoke or not smoke. That’s the thing about a free country, the laws are there to protect people you will not agree with.
